- Instagram will automatically reduce the quality of high-resolution photos when uploaded
- Size has increased to allow photos to be 1080 x 1080 pixels, but Instagram will scale them to be 612 x 612
- For square or rectangle photos, try to stay to an aspect ratio of 1:1 or 1.91:1
- For portrait, the recommended dimensions are 1080 x 1350
