"jWeb designed our website a couple of years ago and it has been a successful and great product. Recently, we added multiple interactive features so that people could send in questions for our arborists and we could answer back quickly. We also wanted to produce a monthly newsletter and display some feature articles. This whole concept to us was a bit scary because although we can produce a well written product, we were apprehensive about the web administration part. No one wants something that is super complicated and takes too much time to update and make changes.
