History
jWeb New Media Design was founded in 1995 as a marketing tools outlet for the multimedia company Red Door Interactive. As a buzz began to circulate, a number of other organizations and individuals began to seek out our web design services. We began to take on a life of our own, and in 1999 jWeb was incorporated. jWeb is now located in the heart of St. Charles, MO, just outside of St. Louis.
As we have grown, we have continued to add a number of turnkey graphic and web design services to more efficiently serve our clients, each step of the way. We work each day with clientele from nearly every industry in the St. Charles and St. Louis markets, and the national and worldwide markets as well. We pride ourselves in our ability to understand our clients, and build our services based on the tools that they need to continue positive growth.
Over the years, jWeb has been recognized for our work with a number of awards and honors. We've been named the #1 web design firm in St. Charles County every year since 2001 by the readers of the St. Charles County Business Record. jWeb Director James Comparato was honored in 2003 as one of the top forty business professionals under 40 by Business St. Charles Magazine. In 2005, we received an Award of Distinction from the Communicator Awards, an international competition that honors excellence in communications. That same year, we were also nominated for a national Webby Award and an IABC Gold Quill Award.
